Digital Marketing Coordinator (Solna, Sweden)

General:

Working in a global and dynamic Marketing team, a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Iptor supports and coordinates demand generation campaigns for cloud solutions & services in a strong and loyal customer base.

Besides a strong focus on the Nordics, the role will also coordinate marketing programs in the rest of Europe, the US and APAC – working closely with the regional revenue and field marketing teams.

The role will directly report into the CMO of Iptor globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Play an important role in Iptor’s installed base marketing activities in Europe as well as in umbrella campaign creation for dedicated New Business focus markets globally
  • Coordinate digital campaigns: manage segmentation, campaign creation using marketing automation tools, development lead nurturing campaigns
  • Track, monitor, follow-up and report timely KPI achievements of demand generation programs
  • Plan and execute together with other global marketing teams creation of compelling digital activities and assets such as email, social media, digital advertising, digital campaign, etc
  • Create strategies to drive online traffic to campaign websites in order to maximize demand generation and brand awareness
  • Contribute strongly to Iptor’s social media presence on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, blogs, etc. through content placement and social amplification
  • Transform PR assets and activities into social content elements that help online traffic generation
  • Support planning, execution, performance measurement, tests and optimization for landing pages
  • Support co-marketing campaigns with 3rd party solution partners in the Iptor cloud environment
  • Coordinate digital campaign creation with external marketing agencies
  • Help manage field marketing projects with 3rd party vendors from initial design and requirements gathering through to delivery
  • Support Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, and Product Management to plan and monitor KPIs to manage effectiveness of various demand generation activities

Experience:

  • 1-2 years experience in a marketing or lead generation role preferably with a digital focus
  • Ability to drive a process, track performance, communicate status, and gain agreement from constituents
  • Experience in use of social and digital marketing tools and channels
  • General knowledge of lead nurturing methodology

Technical:

  • Proficient in the MS Office with emphasis on Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce.com)
  • As a plus, experience with marketing automation tools (preferably Marketo)
