Revenue Marketing Manager (Wrocław, Poland)

General:

The Revenue Marketing Manager plays an integral role in driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth across Iptor’s industry sweet spots. Working closely with regional leadership, sales, and product management, this individual will be responsible for understanding targeted growth markets, developing personas, understanding the customer journey and mapping that to Iptor’s offerings and unique selling propositions. Based out of Iptor’s Wrocław office, this role will involve developing demand generation campaigns that drive top of funnel pipeline and revenue through the creation of quality leads for the sales pipeline.

The successful candidate will be metrics-driven, with a proven ability to prioritize, drive and achieve desired results under time pressure while tracking/reporting on key performance indicators. Experience in fast-paced/agile environments and the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams is critical to this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual marketing plans, segment tactics by quarter, and implement marketing programs (online marketing, direct mail, email, webinars, events, etc.) that generate leads to meet business unit requirements
  • Execute overall direct marketing efforts:
    • Identify viable advertising/media buy opportunities in sweet spot industry sectors
    • Participate in education, training and management of internal and/or 3rd party lead generation resources
    • Campaign ideation, creation & execution utilizing the Marketing technology stack
    • Development of lead nurturing campaigns across the customer lifecycle
  • Facilitate campaign overviews to Sales and Marketing prior to campaign kickoff
  • Plan, organize, and execute vertical conference engagements
  • Track, monitor, follow-up and report timely results of demand generation programs for presentation to executive management, sales and marketing staff weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Produce compelling HTML emails, web & landing pages. Coordinate with creative services and Product Marketing for needed campaign visuals, messaging and supporting collaterals to drive response
  • Perform all tasks related to building and executing email and paid media campaigns
  • Coordinate the creation of campaign assets (datasheets, white papers, videos) to drive response
  • Understand product strengths, functionality and the competition in sufficient depth to devise & execute demand generation programs
  • Contribute to management of Iptor’s social media presence and content strategy from a new business perspective
  • Contribute to the development and management of Iptor’s P2P review strategy
  • Develop relationships with the industry analyst community to make Iptor’s presence and offering understood

Knowledge Requirements:

  • Experience in lead generation with knowledge of digital marketing strategies, new customer acquisition experience strongly preferred
  • Previous success in Marketing role for an Enterprise SaaS technology company, experience with distribution, publishing, pharmaceutical, timber and technology sectors is preferred
  • Experience working with email service providers and/or marketing automation systems. Marketo experience is preferred.
  • Experience in coordinating, producing, and executing webinars. ON24 experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with content management systems like WordPress
  • Experience in managing display advertisements and other paid media platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Demonstrated experience in developing content strategies for lead nurturing campaigns
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing techniques and best practices (SEO, email, inbound, social, etc.)
  • Experience with MS Office applications with extensive emphasis on Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • HTML/CSS knowledge and/or experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications a plus
