Jayne Archbold, Chief Executive Officer, joined the company in 2016 after an 18-year career at Sage Group plc, the UK’s largest software company which provides ERP software for small business to Enterprise businesses. Jayne is a seasoned executive with a record of driving product innovation, operational transformation, integration of acquisitions and delivering business growth. Most recently, Jayne was CEO of Sage Mid-Market Division Europe, where she was responsible for expanding the company’s first-ever global ERP into new geographies. Jayne is also non-Executive Director and Angel Investor for UK based HR software business, Saberr.

Christopher Catterfeld

Chief Product & Marketing Officer

Christopher Catterfeld has more than 15 years of experience managing international teams in the IT and technology sector, most recently in CMO and CEO positions at global technology businesses. He brings a successful track record of driving operational transformation and strategic product & portfolio growth for companies including Sage Group plc, and the German ERP group, bäurer. At Iptor, Christopher leads the CMO areas around Strategy, Corporate and Strategic Marketing, Product Marketing/Management as well as Product Development/R&D for the Enterprise Management product.

Paul Nobbs

Chief Sales Officer

Paul Nobbs is Chief Sales Officer. He joined the company as VP of Sales for APAC in February 2012. Paul started his career in Engineering, and since 1988 has followed his passion in IT holding consulting, sales and leadership positions for Engineering, ERP and Supply Chain organizations including GEAC, i2 Technologies and SAP. Paul also spent four years operating his own import / distribution business in the automotive sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Engineering from Coventry University, UK and is a Certified Practitioner of Inventory Management.

Kristian Niklasson

Chief Operations Officer

Kristian Niklasson has more than 20 years of developing and managing international high tech organizations, most recently as Chief Services Officer at Top Image Systems. He has a long track record of driving growth and profitability, with a special focus on managed services, cloud and services in product companies. As Chief Operations Officer at Iptor Kristian will focus on continue the successful implementation of Iptor’s Managed Services offering as well as managing the global Consulting Services and Support business.

Andrew Reynolds

Chief Financial Officer

Andrew Reynolds, Chief Financial Officer joined Iptor in 2017. He has extensive experience leading teams within private equity backed companies and a track record of driving successful business improvement initiatives. Prior to joining Iptor, Andrew was Group Finance Director at Palletways Group where he helped deliver a dramatic improvement in the business performance before leading a successful sale of the Business. Andrew holds a Masters Degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.

Sharon Plested

Sharon Plested

Senior VP Professional Services EMEA & Global Customer Support

Sharon Plested joined the company as Senior VP Professional Services EMEA & Global Customer Support in June 2015. Previously, she served as Vice President Distribution of RedPrairie Corporation (now JDA Software Group). Sharon also was responsible for the Consulting Services Group for EMEA and APAC, as well as many leadership roles within the business providing a clear direction on structure and delivery of Professional Services.

Douglas Birrell

Douglas Birrell

General Counsel

Douglas joined the company as General Counsel in 2017. He has extensive legal and commercial experience, most recently for private-equity backed Autologic Diagnostics. Prior to that he was with Vodafone, where he held a variety of legal/compliance roles, including the management of legal support across its UK Enterprise business.

Douglas qualified as a solicitor and spent 15 years working in the City of London. He holds a Masters degree in Law from the University of Oxford.

Annemie De Smet

Annemie De Smet

Global HR Director

Annemie De Smet joined the company in 1987. After holding several positions in FGA, Sales and Marketing and HR, she became HR Manager for the Benelux followed by the position of HR Director Europe. Currently she is responsible for the company’s global HR strategy, collaborating with the management team to support the company’s vision and mission, developing and implementing HR programs and policies and directing the regional HR teams. Annemie holds a Master degree in Oriental Philology from the University Ghent, Belgium.
