Based on current developments around the COVID-19 spread, growing travel restrictions within the US Iptor customer landscape, as well as recommendations from the WHO and global CDC’s, we have come to the conclusion that in order to ensure health and safety, and to step up to our responsibility in this crises, we will change the date for Iptor Connect US this year.
There is exciting news around product and Iptor 22 on the horizon that we will be sharing in a series of online events in May including product deep dives, roundtable discussions and best practices around COVID-19 responses, as well as panel discussions with Jayne Archbold and Christopher Catterfeld as the new Managing Partners of Iptor.
RESETTING THE CONFERENCE CALENDAR
Updates and further information on the series of online events and COVID-19 round tables will be available in the coming days days. Between the Steering Committee and the Iptor Management Team, we are also evaluating options for a rescheduled Iptor Connect conference later in the year.
Any conference registrations fees Iptor has already collected will be refunded over the next few days. Hotel accommodation already booked at the venue can be cancelled free of charge prior to 7 days of your scheduled arrival date by contacting the Andaz Scottsdale Resort and Bungalows reservation department.
IPTOR COVID-19 PREVENTION MEASURES
Given that safety and security have the highest priority for us internally, as well as for interactions with customers and partners, Iptor has also put in place dedicated prevention measures around COVID-19 that have been in effect since February. These measures include business travel bans to and from affected regions, limitations for physical meetings/events with 10+ international attendees (to be replaced with virtual meetings), and physical meetings/events with 30+ local attendees.
