IBS Introduces New “Plan to Value” (P2V) Implementation Process

New Methodology Narrows Focus on Business Goals and Accelerates ROI

FOLSOM, Calif. Developed by the IBS Center of Excellence, which is responsible for best practices that can be deployed consistently across the IBS Business Suite, P2V incorporates 35 years of implementation experience across thousands of customer sites. It is an evolution of previous methodologies that allows for rigor, while still driving towards a quick return on investment.

Using P2V’s defined tasks and supporting materials, IBS implementation teams focus on understanding customer business goals throughout the project, then evaluate metrics at a project’s completion to ensure those goals were met.
