We are delighted to let you know about some exciting news for Iptor and you, our customers. Partnering with Bregal Unternehmerkapital, the two of us have acquired Iptor. This puts the future into our own hands and creates opportunities for all us, but mainly for you as our customers and partners.

The business has transformed over the past three years: the successful launch of the aperīo platform redefining our product portfolio, more than 150% growth in license and subscription in the last year, and excellent momentum in the cloud business provided through the strategic partnership with IBM.

None of this would be possible without the dedication and passion of our brilliant people as well as our loyal customers. And this announcement is a sign of our on-going commitment to continue to invest in our mutual, long-term success.

With the business in great health the scene is now set for the next stage of growth.

CC: And not to forget the third element that we call “Beyond ERP”. The new ownership gives us the opportunity to accelerate our product investments towards flexible cloud micro-services replacing complex process boundaries for customers and users.
