GSG Genii Software Group (“GENII”), today announces that Jayne Archbold has decided to retire as CEO and Head of GENII’s Distribution vertical business Iptor, with Jessica Hayes, currently Managing Director of Iptor, being appointed as the new CEO. Jayne will support Jessica in a transition period until June 2025.
Jayne commented, “I am very proud to have led Iptor for the past 9 years and GENII’s Distribution vertical for the previous 3. There have been many changes through this time, all focussed on Iptor’s successful customer for life strategy, including transitioning our customers to the cloud to future proof their businesses. Jessica and her leadership team will take Iptor through the next phase of evolution, embracing digitalisation and supporting customers to maximise the opportunities this presents.”
Jessica Hayes, who joined Iptor in January 2022, added, “I am honored to lead Iptor into the next phase of its customer-for-life strategy. Our focus is on enhancing operational excellence and delivering innovative products to provide customers with greater choice and flexibility. We will unveil transformative product launches designed to empower our customers with even higher efficiency. At the heart of these innovations is our next-generation cloud infrastructure, delivering enhanced security, scalability, and compliance to meet evolving industry demands.
