Appointment set to further drive new customer acquisition and growth of Iptor.com

Stockholm, Sweden – Iptor, the leading provider of cloud-based ERP software solutions for the distribution, publishing and pharma industries today announces the appointment of Richard Farnworth as CRO and a member of Iptor’s Executive team. Richard has more than 20 years’ experience of driving high sales growth at leading enterprise technology companies, including Oracle and Axway.
Coming shortly after the launch of Iptor.com, Richard’s focus will be on accelerating new customer acquisition in the pharmaceutical and other key verticals as well as the upgrading of on-premise customers to the new Iptor.com cloud platform. Additionally, he will take the lead on ensuring even greater operational efficiency and excellence through standardizing Iptor’s approach to customer interactions and improving customer experience, including setting up Customer Success to support Iptor.com customers.
Iptor’s fast growth has driven the need for an even more holistic approach to revenue growth and additional energy behind the pace of innovation, which both require closer coordination internally and externally. Therefore, Richard will also work closely with growth departments, such as sales, marketing, product and customer services, to facilitate alignment and improve collaborative decision making to ramp-up the pace of change.
