Update on Iptor Security Incident
Customer Operations
- All customer facing systems and networks are operational.
- We are currently working on network performance connectivity and improvements in:
- Asia Pacific Region
- Asia Pacific Region
- SASE based connectivity is available and in-use. In certain circumstances, customers may be required to modify their Network Architecture (including reconfiguration of I.P. addresses) within the Customer’s own environments. Please refer to your I.T. Department for guidance.
- Our Support Portal is now available; customers are welcome to utilise this route for service tickets. [email protected] continues to be monitored.
